We produce turned parts to customer drawings for refrigerant distribution circuits, from fittings that connect the CDU and manifolds to the quick-connect elements that allow server maintenance without stopping the plant.

We work with diameters from 3 to 32 mm on sliding head CNC lathes with up to 9 axes and a sub-spindle: the typical format for connection components, where complex geometries, threads, and sealing surfaces must be produced perfectly, even on batch sizes of tens of thousands of pieces.

We produce turned bodies and parts for quick couplings, including geometries conforming to industry specifications, based on customer designs. During the MI.SO. Check phase, we verify critical dimensions and tolerances required by the standard together.

What quantities can you handle?

From sampling and pre-series production to large volumes: our machine park produces over 10 million parts annually, with dimensional consistency guaranteed by daily checks.

Can you support us in choosing the material?

Yes. We will evaluate the fluid, pressures, and operating conditions together to indicate the most suitable alloy for each component, also taking into account compatibility with the rest of the circuit.

Do you perform surface treatments?

Upon request, we supply components with galvanic and thermal treatments, managed through qualified partners and covered by our batch traceability.
